Burgess Excel Mature Rabbit Nuggets are a high-fibre complementary food with cranberry and thyme, designed for senior rabbits (from 5 years). All the nuggets have the same composition, preventing selective feeding.

Hay, oat bran, whole wheat, soya hulls*, wheat bran, dried peas, yeast (brewer's and cereal yeast), dried beet pulp, dried thyme (1%), soya oil*, dicalcium phosphate, lignocellulose, monocalcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, short-chain fructo-oligosaccharides (prebiotic FOS 0.4%), salt, mono-, di- and triglycerides of fatty acids (0.2%), dried cranberry (0.06%), glucosamine (0.04%). *Produced from genetically modified soya.

Feeding recommendations
- Good-quality hay and/or fresh grass should make up most of the diet and always be available.
- Complement with a small portion of Excel nuggets, a small amount of leafy greens per day and, occasionally, an Excel treat.
- Fresh, clean water always available.
- If your rabbit still eats a muesli-type mix, make the transition gradually over 14 to 28 days, reducing the mix and increasing the nuggets until they replace it completely.
- Check your rabbit's weight regularly; if in doubt, talk to your vet.
