Burgess Excel Guinea Pig Nuggets with Mint are a high-fibre complementary food for guinea pigs of all ages, with protected vitamin C. All the nuggets have the same composition, which prevents selective feeding.

Feeding recommendations

• Good-quality hay and/or grass should make up most of the diet and always be available.
• Complement with a small portion of Excel nuggets and a small handful of leafy greens per day.
• If your guinea pig eats a muesli-type mix, make the transition gradually over 14 to 28 days.
• Monitor weight and always provide fresh, clean water; if in doubt, consult your vet.
